We had requested an early check-in due to when ur flight was scheduled to arrive, but unfortunately, our flight was delayed. We texted the caretaker about the delay, but when we actually did arrive, he seemed to be rushing through the introduction to the place. He didn't explain everything about the place very well. We didn't even know how to use the water dispenser in the place because it was more complex than navigate to this site usual ones. At least he did show us how to turn on the TV and make sure we had the WiFi password. But overall, despite these problems, the place, especially its location, was very good. We do recommend this place!

It has 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds and dressing each. It also has a comfortable bathroom with spacious shower, a modern kitchen full equip and charming living room with large sofa and a quiet reading corner. Every room and living room, has AA with optional heat or cold.
SM City Davao, which is one of the 3 biggest shopping malls rein Davao city, is walking distance from the condominium. Everything is there.
